UX/UI Designer

About the role

The UX/UI Designer will support the design and delivery of user‑centered experiences across Spectraforce’s SaaS and AI‑driven platforms. Working with cross‑functional teams, you will translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of user experiences for Spectraforce products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to understand requirements and create effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Maintain user flows, journey maps, and design documentation.
• Contribute to and ensure consistency of design system components.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, especially in SaaS and AI contexts.
• Leverage modern and AI‑powered design tools to improve efficiency and iteration.

Required profile

• Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong user‑centered design fundamentals.
• Experience with SaaS products; exposure to AI‑driven features is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with globally distributed teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered design tools (e.g., generative design, prototyping assistants, AI‑supported research tools).
• Basic understanding of design systems and component‑based design.
