Architectural Designer

About the role

Gensler is seeking an Architectural Designer to support the Design Director in shaping innovative design concepts. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create environments that balance beauty, functionality, and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Design Director and Senior Designer in developing overall design concepts.
• Formulate presentation strategies and lead multiple design teams through all project phases.
• Collaborate on programming, strategy, conceptual and schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, product representatives, contractors, and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Produce plans, elevations, details, specifications, material selections, and finish plans.
• Maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or foreign equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and structural systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency in InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
