Trilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, customer‑focused individual who can communicate fluently in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The Trilingual Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our international clientele, ensuring satisfaction and building strong relationships across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, and live chat in three languages.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system, tracking issues, resolutions, and preferences.
• Guide customers through product information, troubleshoot technical problems, and assist with the order process.
• Listen actively, show empathy, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical support teams to deliver seamless service.
• Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Meet and exceed performance targets such as satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Required profile

• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (written and spoken).
• High school diploma.
• Proven experience in a customer‑service role, preferably multilingual.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent active‑listening and empathy skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and various communication channels.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Organizational attention to detail and a customer‑centric mindset.
