Customer Care Representative – Sports Account

About the role

As a Customer Care Representative for a leading sports retail brand, you will act as the primary link between the brand and its customers in Pavas, San José. You will resolve inquiries, guide customers on products and services, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about purchases, deliveries, and account issues.
• Provide product recommendations and personalized support throughout the buying journey.
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using multiple internal applications.

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), strong written and verbal communication.
