Travel Sales Agent

About the role

Luxe Tribes is seeking enthusiastic Travel Sales Representatives to join its remote‑first team. You will connect with prospective travellers, guide them through the booking process, and help grow the brand’s curated group travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Luxe Tribes trips to inbound leads, social‑media contacts and direct outreach prospects.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into booked travellers.
• Nurture ad‑generated leads and assist travellers through each step of booking.
• Hit sales targets by promoting trips and driving bookings.
• Answer client questions on destinations, itineraries and payment plans.
• Track performance metrics and collaborate with the team to refine the sales approach.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in travel, hospitality or consultative sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently within a remote team.
