Travel Counselor (Remote)

About the role

As a Travel Counselor you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them plan and book travel efficiently. Working remotely, you will provide expert advice, ensure compliance with travel policies, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies, offering consistent consultation.
• Handle regulatory requests and ensure all bookings meet required standards.
• Provide industry information such as low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Continuously update knowledge of supported travel industries.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent.
• Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus GDS platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
