Senior Logistics CargoWise Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Logistics CargoWise Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to our clients using the CargoWise platform. This full‑time remote position supports logistics operations across Costa Rica and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and guidance for CargoWise and related logistics platforms.
• Assist users in configuring document templates, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing workflows.
• Respond to client inquiries about CargoWise configuration, including DocBuilder, document templates, and workflow setup.
• Research and verify solution steps before communicating with clients.
• Write clear how‑to guides and support documentation.
• Escalate unresolved issues to CargoWise specialists or vendor support.
• Stay up‑to‑date with CargoWise updates, modules, and feature changes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CargoWise (DocBuilder, Forwarding, Warehouse modules preferred).
• Understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
• Comfort with software version differences and ambiguous technical information.
• Excellent customer‑facing communication skills, able to explain technical steps clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, methodical, and able to self‑research and validate information before sharing.
