Transportation Assistant Manager

About the role

The Transportation Assistant Manager leads all ground transportation operations for a luxury private residential community, ensuring a safe, personalized, and seamless experience for members, guests, prospects, and visitors. Working closely with Member Services, Security, Residential Services, Sales, and Operations, the role coordinates arrivals, departures, internal transfers, events, tours, and special requests.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all transportation needs before, during, and after stays, including commercial, private, and helicopter flights.
• Maintain up‑to‑date member transportation preferences, driver assignments, schedules, and vehicle requirements.
• Oversee daily scheduling of vehicles, drivers, and routes, ensuring fleet availability and compliance with company standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and third‑party providers to guarantee safety, quality, and luxury service.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust the department’s operating budget in line with operational needs.
• Collaborate with Member Services, Residential Services, Sales, and Security to align transportation plans with overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating luxury or high‑end transportation services.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality when handling VIP requests.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external providers.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships effectively.
