Training Specialist II – OPEX

About the role

The Training Specialist II – OPEX is an individual contributor responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that support Production, Quality, and Operational Excellence initiatives. The role serves as a subject‑matter expert in technical training, compliance, Lean learning principles, and workforce development within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update technical training curricula, materials, and certification processes for manufacturing and quality teams.
• Deliver classroom, e‑learning, and on‑the‑job training sessions, ensuring alignment with OPEX and Lean methodologies.
• Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure training compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Continuous Improvement leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments.
• 4+ years of experience designing and managing technical training programs.
• High English proficiency (B2+/C1) and proven OPEX experience.
