Training & Development Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a remote Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver high‑impact learning programs for our clients. This contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and competitive pay ranging from $40 to $75 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear, measurable learning objectives tailored to specific audiences.
• Design end‑to‑end learning programs, including modules, activities, and assessments.
• Create engaging instructional materials, presentations, and digital resources.
• Develop basic assessment tools such as quizzes and rubrics to track learner progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Iterate on program design based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Document processes and best practices for consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
• Strong ability to define learning outcomes and map them to activities and assessments.
• Experience creating educational content for diverse, remote audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a virtual setting.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
