Test Technician – Advanced Electronics Testing

About the role

As a Test Technician you will perform advanced testing, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and preventive maintenance on low to medium complexity electronic products and systems. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure quality standards and meet productivity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute advanced diagnostic, testing, maintenance and repair activities on electronic products and assemblies.
• Carry out product updates and preventive maintenance according to established procedures.
• Resolve complex technical issues and support problem‑solving initiatives.
• Conduct failure inspections, participate in root‑cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Interpret technical documentation, specifications, drawings and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect data, evaluate issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate issues with clear findings, supporting information and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, test results, maintenance activities and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling requirements.
