About the role

Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica is seeking a Tennis Pro to deliver exceptional tennis instruction to members and guests. The role combines high‑level coaching with the resort’s renowned hospitality standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable on‑court experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide private and group tennis lessons that consistently exceed member and guest expectations.
• Deliver personalized service, handling special requests, resolving complaints, and answering inquiries related to club and resort amenities.
• Cover scheduled shifts as directed by the Director of Tennis Instruction to meet demand and maximize revenue.
• Maintain the tennis facilities by regularly cleaning courts and ensuring equipment is in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with resort teams to create customized tennis programs for families, couples, and adventure travelers.

Required profile

• Professional tennis instructor with proven experience teaching private and group sessions.
• Strong hospitality mindset, able to interact with guests courteously and professionally.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns promptly.
