About the role
Cardinal Health is seeking a Quality Technician I to support its Quality Control function. The role involves performing sampling, testing, and inspection of production lots to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Support investigation, containment, and disposition of non‑conforming (NCR) products.
- Perform sampling and conduct applicable testing/inspection on all sampled production lots.
- Report inspection issues to the QA Supervisor or Production Supervisor for corrective action.
- Determine product status (accept or reject) based on test and inspection results.
Required profile
- 0‑1 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Ability to apply basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within a clearly defined SOP environment.
- Works under close supervision; all work is reviewed for accuracy.
- Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
