Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Technical Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our technology teams in Heredia. Working closely with engineering, product and IT leaders, you will identify, attract and assess top technical talent while ensuring a strong cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities for technical positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal ATS and tech‑specific platforms.
• Conduct technical resume reviews, phone screens and evaluate coding, system design and relevant frameworks.
• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer, coordinating interviews and gathering feedback.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified tech candidates for current and future needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives, manage referral programs and execute outreach campaigns.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics using ATS and Excel pivot tables.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal DEI policies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience recruiting technical and specialized roles.
• Strong understanding of technical job descriptions across support, networking, data analysis and related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to evaluate technical skill sets and frameworks.
