Technical Project Manager

About the role

Near Coding is seeking a Technical Project Manager to independently lead Agile development projects or sub‑projects with guidance. You will ensure initiatives meet business needs while staying within agreed cost, schedule, and quality parameters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead standing Agile teams across the Technology organization, coordinating planning, execution, and delivery of business and technical initiatives.
• Manage project planning, estimation, and delivery using ISO Technology PMO practices and collaborate with technology leaders.
• Track milestones, communicate progress to stakeholders, and manage expectations with data‑driven reporting.
• Partner with product owners to maintain a refined, prioritized backlog and ensure clear scope definition from release planning to work items.
• Oversee software release planning, including UAT and production deployments, ensuring smooth execution for customers.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.
• Enforce organizational standards, tools, KPIs, metrics, and budgeting processes across teams.
• Collaborate with portfolio management to align development timelines, risks, and non‑technical workstreams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Agile software delivery projects in a technology environment.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑team dependencies and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent risk management and issue‑resolution skills.
• Demonstrated capability to coach teams on Agile values and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
