Technical Project Manager – AI Talent Orchestration

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead end‑to‑end implementations for global customers. You will act as the primary liaison during the pre‑launch phase, ensuring that our AI‑driven talent orchestration platform is deployed on time, within scope, and delivers measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding journey for new enterprise clients, conducting kickoff calls and Q&A sessions.
• Plan, govern, and report on project progress through regular steering‑committee meetings.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively to keep deployments on schedule.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and client teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Monitor project KPIs, quality standards, and scope adherence throughout the implementation lifecycle.
