Technical Instructional Designer (Hybrid, Heredia)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Instructional Designer to join our Global Customer Operations Enablement team. Based in a hybrid setting in Heredia, Costa Rica, you will work closely with technical subject‑matter experts to transform complex technical information into engaging learning experiences that empower our Global Customer Support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with technical teams to gather, document, and organize knowledge.
• Design, update, and curate technical learning content and enablement materials.
• Create interactive learning experiences tailored for Global Customer Support representatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and quality expectations.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve learning resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project‑management background.
• Proficiency with content‑curation applications.
• Ability to understand and clearly convey technical concepts.
