Technical Engineering Manager – DevOps & Cloud (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Engineering Manager specialized in DevOps and Cloud to lead high‑performing engineering teams. The role blends technical leadership, people management, client interaction, and delivery ownership, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Guide architecture and design decisions for cloud‑native and distributed systems.
• Drive best practices in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, security, and reliability.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, manage performance reviews, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Own delivery outcomes, oversee scope, timelines, quality, release management, and post‑production support.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, leading technical reviews and executive presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading DevOps and Cloud engineering teams.
• Strong background in technical decision‑making and architecture reviews.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage delivery metrics, risks, and stakeholder communication.
