Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

Bugcrowd is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to own the technical onboarding, implementation and rollout of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure and Pentest programs for customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful program launches and ongoing adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical onboarding and configuration of bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure and pentest programs for new and existing customers.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, walkthroughs and regular program reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance on vulnerability triage, communication workflows and integration best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and sales teams to align delivery with expectations.
• Develop and improve onboarding playbooks, technical documentation and enablement materials.
• Manage timelines, dependencies and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management or professional services.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑facing mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pentest, bug‑bounty and red‑team methodologies.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash) to automate tasks.
