Anti-counterfeit Investigations Manager, Americas

About the role

The Principal Anti-counterfeit Investigations Manager, Americas leads investigation and enforcement activities to protect HP’s products and brand across the region. This senior role works with law enforcement, customs, external service providers and internal stakeholders to combat counterfeit threats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead anti‑counterfeit investigations in line with HP guidelines and approve investigation plans.
• Guide external investigation service providers and ensure strong case governance through HP’s internal case management system.
• Build and maintain relationships with Law Enforcement Authorities and Customs, supporting training and coordination.
• Partner with intelligence analysts on tactical responses to online counterfeit threats.
• Represent HP in external forums, associations and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven track record of successful anti‑counterfeit investigations.
• Strong experience working with Law Enforcement Authorities and Customs.
• Ability to lead complex work across multiple countries and stakeholder groups in the Americas.
• High integrity, discretion and strong judgment.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Spanish (required); Portuguese is a plus.
