Technical Account Manager

About the role

Redis is looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as the technical liaison for its customers in Costa Rica. You will combine deep technical knowledge of the Redis platform with a customer‑focused mindset to ensure successful post‑sales engagements and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the post‑sales process by understanding client needs and aligning them with Redis technology.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and act as their technical and product expert.
• Drive technical aspects of revenue performance optimization and identify upsell opportunities.
• Onboard new customers, providing guidance on the Redis platform.
• Provide enhanced enterprise support and act as the liaison between technical support and the customer.
• Collaborate with global Redis teams to streamline product delivery and introduce new processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in pre‑ or post‑sales engineering, preferably with database technologies.
• Hands‑on experience developing server‑side software and working with Linux environments.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
