Tech Lead – Sanity CMS (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Tech Lead to drive large‑scale Sanity CMS migration projects for our U.S. clients. The role is fully remote and will be based in Latin America, working side‑by‑side with designers and engineers on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and execution of CMS migration initiatives, including content modeling, data mapping and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, content, engineering) to define migration strategies and ensure data integrity.
• Design and implement backend services and API‑driven solutions using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Integrate Sanity CMS schemas, APIs and tooling into existing platforms and oversee content delivery pipelines.
• Mentor and guide engineering team members through complex technical challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
