Tech Lead (Sanity CMS) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our client’s remote engineering team. You will work closely with designers and engineers to drive large‑scale CMS migration projects using Sanity CMS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions and guide engineering teams through complex initiatives.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data migration strategies.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional stakeholders, including product and content teams.
• Ensure data integrity and manage technical risks throughout migration projects.
• Integrate enterprise platforms with modern headless CMS solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale CMS migrations.
