Tech Lead – Sanity CMS (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Tech Lead to drive large-scale Sanity CMS migration projects for our U.S. clients. The role is fully remote and will be embedded in the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions and guide the engineering team through complex migration initiatives.
• Design and implement content models, data mapping, transformation, and migration tooling for Sanity CMS.
• Develop and maintain backend services, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and integrate them with enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, content, and design teams.
• Identify technical risks, define migration strategies, and ensure data integrity throughout the project.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles.
• Advanced English communication skills and a completed four-year degree.
• Proven track record of large-scale CMS migrations.
