Team Leader – Banking Benchmarking

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive Finalta’s multi‑client and multi‑country benchmarking programs in the banking sector. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact client projects, ensuring insightful findings and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage benchmarking initiatives across multiple banks and countries.
• Oversee creation of client deliverables, including reports, key findings, and quantified recommendations.
• Maintain and develop key client relationships throughout the benchmarking cycle.
• Lead a team of analysts, handling talent attraction, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Present results to clients and communicate key messages to stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate client workshops, prepare materials, and produce action reports.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership research and publications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex consulting or benchmarking projects in banking.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Leadership experience, including coaching and developing junior analysts.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
