Team Lead, Graphic Design

About the role

The Team Lead – Graphic Design will act as a strategic design partner for JLL, turning complex business objectives into compelling visual communications. You will guide a team of 8‑10 designers, ensuring high‑quality output across digital and print media while supporting the real‑estate business line.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a design team of 8‑10 members, providing feedback and career guidance.
• Create and maintain visual assets for brochures, flyers, infographics, presentations, pitch decks, research reports and videos.
• Collaborate with marketers, art directors and senior managers to align designs with business strategy and brand standards.
• Translate complex data and concepts into clear, emotionally resonant designs.
• Produce real‑estate specific deliverables such as 2D maps, site plans, floor plans and property marketing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and emerging AI tools to enhance creative capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or communications agency.
• Proven people‑management experience within a corporate environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of graphic design principles across digital and print platforms.
• Deep understanding of brand consistency and integrated brand perception.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
