Talent Quality Auditor - Remote Work

About the role

The Talent Quality Auditor ensures that BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition processes meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Working remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening interviews, and related communications to safeguard hiring excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps against defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using defined standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data review, and excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate fluently in English.
