About the role
The Talent Management Specialist (Associate) will support global learning initiatives by managing the Learning Management System (LMS), assisting with feedback processes, and conducting research to improve talent development programs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day LMS support, resolve tickets, create training materials, manage rosters, and deploy learning content worldwide (approximately 70% of time).
- Configure, administer, and offer technical support for the Check‑In/Feedback process (about 15%).
- Conduct external research, benchmark best practices, and evaluate employee development, LMS functionality, and learner content; design and launch surveys to assess talent management programs (about 15%).
Required profile
- Experience working in a global environment.
- High integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Quick learner with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Hands‑on experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
