US Talent Acquisition Team Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will drive end‑to‑end recruitment for the US business, ensuring timely hiring, high‑quality candidate experience and alignment with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operations and stakeholders to understand hiring demand, create service orders and provide regular hiring performance updates.
• Audit recruitment KPIs weekly, manage pipelines across sourcing platforms and ensure candidates move efficiently through the process.
• Generate and analyse hiring reports, track recruiter productivity and evaluate post‑event metrics such as job fairs.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience by monitoring response times, coordinating welcome‑kit logistics and supporting onboarding readiness.
• Lead the recruitment team through 1:1 meetings, priority setting, coaching and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of 10–25 recruiters.
• Proven ability to execute end‑to‑end recruitment activities and meet hiring targets.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, reporting and process optimisation.
