Talent Development Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Development Specialist you will partner with the Regional Talent Development Manager, HR Business Partners and office leaders to coordinate and execute development programs across the region. You will ensure initiatives are well‑organized, aligned with business needs and tracked accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Talent Development programs – schedule sessions, manage logistics, communicate with participants, track attendance and handle post‑program follow‑up.
• Partner with leaders, facilitators and vendors to deliver learning initiatives.
• Maintain the LMS – create and update courses, record attendance, keep learning records accurate.
• Track participation, completion rates, feedback and action items using dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with HR Analytics to gather, validate and interpret development data.
• Prepare program recaps, reports, presentations and communication materials.
• Support administrative tasks such as vendor management, invoice processing and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR or related functions.
• Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several programs simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qualtrics.
• Data‑driven mindset – ability to use dashboards and data to summarize insights.
