Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and guiding both technical and non‑technical candidates through the recruitment process in a fast‑growing, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, Skype, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send invitations and keep recruitment system records up to date.
• Conduct interviews to validate qualifications, experience, interests and logical reasoning.
• Arrange and confirm technical interview sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience; prior recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management, organization and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
