Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

JLL Business Services is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple business functions. Based in Heredia, Costa Rica, you will partner with hiring managers and people experience partners to deliver a world‑class hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, People Experience Partners and international stakeholders to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Design and execute creative sourcing campaigns using job portals, networking, employee referrals and direct outreach.
• Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle, high‑volume recruitment experience in an international corporate setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑volume projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Workday and Smartsheet is highly preferred.
