About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads end‑to‑end recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR business partners. The role combines strategic advisory, data‑driven decision making, and rigorous assessment to deliver high‑quality hires quickly while ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, success profiles, and selection strategies using market data and talent insights.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer, and pre‑boarding handoff.
- Build and maintain multi‑channel talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, talent communities, and niche job boards.
- Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and coordinate assessment panels, ensuring calibration and bias mitigation.
- Handle compensation discussions, drive timely offer approvals, and improve acceptance rates through relationship management.
- Maintain rigorous ATS hygiene, track key recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with background screening and internal SOPs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, automate workflows, and share market insights to influence workforce planning.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Strong consultative advisory skills with the ability to translate business needs into calibrated selection criteria.
- Data‑oriented mindset, comfortable tracking metrics and making decisions based on sourcing effectiveness and quality‑of‑hire indicators.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing hiring managers and cross‑functional partners.
- Commitment to unbiased, structured assessment processes and continuous improvement.
