Talent Acquisition Specialist (Escazu, Costa Rica)

About the role

Join Swarovski's Global Business Services team in Escazú, Costa Rica, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will partner with hiring managers across the Americas to deliver a high‑quality recruitment process and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and hire closure.
• Provide consulting and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and market insights.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support mass or seasonal hiring campaigns and other ad‑hoc recruitment projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher); French is a plus.
• Residency in or ability to commute to Escazú, Costa Rica.
