Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition organization is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain talent communities and candidate pipelines for specific skill and industry areas. The role focuses on aligning sourcing activities with Deloitte’s US sourcing strategy and local market needs while partnering with Lead Sourcing Specialists and Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies for assigned skill and industry areas, serving as the primary sourcing resource.
• Identify and engage prospects through various sourcing channels, conduct initial outreach, and convert prospects into applicants.
• Partner with Recruitment Brand & Marketing to customize and post sourcing campaigns.
• Maintain prospect databases, prepare candidate‑pipeline reports, and track sourcing activity.
• Use market intelligence and research to inform Talent Acquisition strategies and advise business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of talent acquisition or candidate sourcing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to use online sourcing tools and engagement channels to identify prospective candidates.
