About the role

Accenture is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to drive hiring excellence. The role blends consultative advisory work with hands‑on end‑to‑end recruitment, using data and market intelligence to influence talent decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycles, ensuring speed, quality and a strong candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HRBPs, shaping hiring strategies with market intelligence and data insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies, including market mapping and competitive intelligence.
• Leverage recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline conversion, funnel metrics) to improve outcomes.
• Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience with consistent communication and strong employer branding.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure realistic hiring expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in corporate, agency or RPO settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions while meeting timelines.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency
