Talent Acquisition Partner – Strategic Recruitment Lead

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Heraeus Medevio, you will act as a strategic ally to business leaders, designing and executing end‑to‑end recruitment strategies that attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will support workforce planning, provide market insights, and ensure a seamless candidate experience aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruitment strategies, and selection criteria.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Deliver labor market insights, benchmarking data, and recruitment analytics to influence hiring decisions.
• Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing through social media, events, and institutional partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Oversee pre‑onboarding and onboarding activities to guarantee a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions aligned with organizational structures.
• Provide guidance on best practices, diversity, and inclusive hiring to HR colleagues and managers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including universities, recruitment partners, agencies, and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to business leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering recruitment metrics and market insights.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
