Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment of top talent for Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo, develop employer branding initiatives, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, job fairs, university partnerships and third‑party vendors.
• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for senior, critical and confidential positions, ensuring high‑quality hires and adherence to timelines.
• Leverage Workday to maintain accurate candidate pipelines, track metrics and produce regular talent‑pool reports.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to define staffing needs, develop cost‑effective recruitment plans and advise on internal mobility.
• Lead employer‑branding campaigns and support their execution to enhance Four Seasons’ talent attraction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a proven record of managing up to 100 hires per year.
• Demonstrated ability to coach hiring managers and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Independent, proactive and resource‑ful team player capable of multitasking.
