Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its global team and help build a stronger, more sustainable future. In this role you will use a consultative and strategic approach to manage full‑cycle recruiting, ensuring a great candidate experience while supporting the organization’s talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on market trends, competitive intelligence and recruiting technology.
• Provide full‑cycle recruiting services including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management and compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define position requirements, assess candidates and forecast hiring needs.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant recruiting experience, typically 3+ years.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience working with recruiting technology and tools.
