About the role

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its pre‑sales and post‑sales teams. The role bridges technical expertise and customer interaction, helping prospects understand Fortinet solutions and supporting existing customers with advanced networking and security issues.

Key responsibilities

Qualify sales leads from a technical perspective and act as the primary technical resource on sales calls.
Explain features, specifications, and integration options to customers, covering networking, security, and cloud environments.
Lead post‑sales technical support for assigned accounts, collaborating with support and engineering teams to resolve issues.
Provide post‑sales training and guidance to customers on Fortinet products.

Required profile

Proven experience in field sales, technical/pre‑sales support, or as a systems engineer.
Strong background in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration and wireless technology deployments.
Excellent communication skills to educate customers on complex technical topics.
