Supply Chain Supply/Demand Planning BSA/Project Manager

About the role

The Business Systems Analyst will act as a hybrid Supply Chain Systems SME and Project Lead within HPE's Networking Supply Chain Transformation & Enablement Office. You will drive alignment, enhancements, and integrations across demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, and fulfilment processes, supporting enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning system initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and new solution deployments across Oracle and SAP.
• Define requirements and conduct user acceptance testing in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across Planning, Fulfilment, and IT teams.
• Identify and resolve data, process, and system integration gaps within Oracle and SAP landscapes.
• Own testing strategy, defect resolution, and deployment readiness for system changes.
• Support broader enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• BA or BS degree or 7‑10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Advanced subject‑matter expertise in supply chain systems and project management.
• Proven ability to lead functional project teams and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong independent judgment and capability to mentor junior staff.
