Supply Chain Analyst (Planning & Procurement)

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst supports key supply chain functions such as planning, procurement, inventory control and logistics. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement to enable better business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyse reports and dashboards for planning and procurement activities across value streams.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage indirect procurement using Ariba and SAP, including creation and tracking of purchase requisitions and orders.
• Support vendor management and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Generate inventory and materials control reports, monitor accuracy, and assist with scrap accounting.
• Report on excess and obsolete inventory, follow‑up on remediation, and contribute to inventory reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, materials management or inventory control.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and effective communication.
• Experience in manufacturing or medical‑device environments is a plus.
