About the role
The Inventory Control Analyst supports operational activities related to inventory management for AWS infrastructure supply chain operations, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes across data centers and partner hubs.
Key responsibilities
- Validate and execute daily allocation processes and manage inventory holds and releases.
- Create and manage purchase orders with AWS approval workflows.
- Review and resolve invoices on hold, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare executive summaries, track key inventory metrics, and maintain documentation of processes.
Required profile
- Related studies in Business Administration, Logistics, or Accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience with inventory management systems and large‑dataset analysis.
