Backlog Execution – Supply Chain Lead

About the role

This hybrid position is based in Heredia and requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office. The role focuses on planning, scheduling and coordinating demand and supply management across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export operations and sales‑operations planning.
• Identify and drive process improvements, develop recommendations and provide insights for management.
• Execute demand‑supply matching activities, prioritize backlog and collaborate with global business units.
• Define and review performance metrics, track business metrics and contribute to priority projects.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced degree preferred) with 6‑10 years of supply chain experience.
• Strong business acumen, project management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams across geographies.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Statistical analysis and financial modelling.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Available‑to‑Promise (ATP) and master scheduling.
• Knowledge of national and international trade compliance.
