Supervisor, Ad Operations

About the role

TransUnion is seeking a senior leader to supervise its Ad Operations team within the Measurement Integration Operations group. The role focuses on operational excellence for the Data Management Platform and Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA) clients, ensuring seamless integrations, high data quality, and efficient issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for the Data Management Platform and MTA clients.
• Oversee integration execution, delivery workflows, and data quality oversight.
• Lead and prioritize operational initiatives, driving process optimization, documentation, and scalability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and external partners.
• Provide clear, actionable guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Continuously improve platform performance and client experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations.
• 2+ years of management or team‑lead experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem.
• Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, etc.).
• Familiarity with file servers on Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or FTP.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL (or related programming tools) – a plus.
