About the role
Clients Blackbox is a performance‑marketing agency focused on Meta advertising for financial advisors. They are seeking a highly organized Video Project Coordinator to manage video projects, ensure quality, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion.
- Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables.
- Perform quality assurance on completed videos, checking pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting.
- Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors.
- Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Strong project coordination and time‑management skills.
- Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing details.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
