Structural BIM Specialist – Civil 3D & Revit Modeling

About the role

We are seeking a Structural BIM Specialist with a civil engineering background to create accurate, high‑quality BIM models for concrete and steel infrastructure projects. The role is fully remote and involves both independent work and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural and civil BIM models using Revit, targeting LOD300‑LOD400.
• Coordinate models in Navisworks and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure constructibility.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated BIM solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in structural and civil BIM modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
