Strategy and Business Design Consultant

About the role

As a Strategy and Business Design Consultant at Deloitte, you will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment to create high‑impact solutions for clients. You will collaborate with experts across disciplines to drive growth, digital transformation, and innovative business models.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic growth, corporate and business‑unit analyses.
• Perform financial modeling and business design configuration.
• Lead digital development and innovation projects using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, financial analysis, business design, digital projects or Agile environments.
• Relevant certifications (Finance, Data Science, Project Management, Agile, PMI, PMO).
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Tableau (preferred).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
