Storage Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Storage Engineer to join our hybrid team in Heredia, Costa Rica. You will work closely with global infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our enterprise storage environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise SAN/NAS storage environments.
- Deploy storage solutions and lead migration projects.
- Administer cloud storage services, primarily AWS.
- Support Windows and Linux storage platforms.
- Participate in a global follow‑the‑sun on‑call rotation.
- Collaborate with international infrastructure teams.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage environments.
- Strong experience with EMC PowerMax/VMAX, Unity/VNX, NetApp, and Isilon.
- Knowledge of AWS storage services (S3, EBS, EFS, FSx) or equivalent Azure/GCP services.
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Python or Shell scripting experience is a plus.
