About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect at BairesDev, you will lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation, ensuring the right engineers are matched to projects. This fully remote position enables you to collaborate with global clients and internal teams to deliver high‑impact technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each role.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles across various tech stacks.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates in multiple technologies and collaborate with sales to improve time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
